Steeping Our Tea
In just a few days, we will be steeping our favorite teas and listening to our guest speaker, Sister Clare Hunter, F.S.E. at our annual afternoon tea with our daughters. It is good to stop, especially at the end of our homeschool year to spend time, and actually enjoy a few hours with our dear girls. Even more exciting is that every year, we get to listen to and be inspired by a speaker who shares with all of us some bits of advice and lesson to ponder over the summer months.
Our speaker this year hails from Connecticut. Sister Clare is a member of the Franciscan Sisters of the Eucharist. She is the Director of the Arlington Diocese Respect Life Office, and frequently contributes to the diocesan blog, Encourage and Teach. She lives with her Franciscan community at St. Philip's in Falls Church.

You are Invited
It may be rainy today but picture this--sunny skies, warm breeze, pretty dresses. That image should last you till we sit and chat over a cup of hot tea with our friends and the young ladies that we are hosting.
